220 kg substrate batch mixer
The mixer that produced every block of substrate we grew on. Vertical paddle mixer for sawdust, straw, grain and feed. Mixes a 200 kg batch in minutes, doses its own water, and bags out through pneumatic gates while you hold the bag.

Real batch size
220 kg hopper. We ran 200 kg batches of material and it never laboured.
Hands-free water
Set the litres on the flow meter and it stops itself. Same moisture every batch, no buckets.
Fast, clean bagging
Two pneumatic sliding gates on a foot pedal leave both hands free for the bag.
Properly wired
Schneider enclosure, lockable isolator, 3-phase CEE inlet. An electrician connects it in an hour.
